At PerfectNest, we believe a great night’s sleep should come with complete peace of mind. That’s why we keep our delivery, returns, and refund process simple, transparent, and customer-first.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

  • Most bedding, pillows, protectors and accessories are delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Mattresses, bed frames and larger furniture items are typically delivered within 10–14 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods, promotions, or due to courier delays. Any specific delivery details will always be shown at checkout.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery costs (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Optional services such as premium delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, or old-item removal are charged separately and are non-refundable once completed.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, don’t worry — we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact

  • Items must be in resaleable condition

Mattresses & Sleep Trial Policy

We understand that comfort takes time.

  • Selected mattresses purchased directly from PerfectNest come with a comfort sleep trial (trial duration may vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product page).

  • During the trial period, you may request one comfort exchange for another mattress if the original does not suit you.

Important Notes:

  • Sleep trials apply to comfort exchange only, not full refunds once the mattress has been unwrapped.

  • Mattresses must be used with a suitable mattress protector to remain eligible for exchange.

  • Sleep trials are limited to one exchange per order.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used, unless faulty:

  • Mattresses (outside sleep trial conditions)

  • Mattress toppers & protectors

  • Pillows, duvets, bed linen, bedding sets

  • Any item with a broken hygiene seal

This policy aligns with UK hygiene regulations and industry standards.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@perfectnest.co.uk with photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or a full refund, including standard delivery costs (where applicable)

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Collection & Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange collection (for large items).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original delivery charges are refunded only when the entire order is returned.

  • Premium or express delivery fees are non-refundable.

Product Guarantees

  • Mattresses & bed frames: up to 10-year manufacturing guarantee

  • Bedding & accessories: up to 2-year guarantee

Guarantees cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
